Manager, Fund Accounting, Hedge Fund Administration

Description
As a Manager (Fund Accounting, Hedge Fund), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of accounting and administration of hedge funds and will strive to be the one point of contact for investment managers and funds’ investors. You will carry out and coordinate with and direct the relevant support team and deliver timely and accurate fund administration services to our clients.
 
Job specification  
  • Assist in the pre-launch phase of new client fund vehicles
  • Provide supervision to junior staff in oversea offices for NAV report preparation, payment preparation and relevant reporting
  • Undertake reviewer responsibilities for accounts assigned to you
  • Provide Client Relationship Management
  • Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to the agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines 
Skills Required:
  • At least five years’ experience gained within fund administration or related areas
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
